『石川台』とは1953年に石川製作所(株)が製造した現在稼働する中で最も古いリング精紡機です。
最新の精紡機と比較してもスピードは約1/3程度でゆっくりとした速度でしか紡績できないため生産性は高くありません。
しかし負荷が少ないため綿本来の優しい風合いと綿独自の自然な表情を生み出します。

A slim tapered fit.
‘Ishikawadai’ refers to the oldest ring spinning machine still in operation today, manufactured by Ishikawa Seisakusho Co., Ltd. in 1953.
Compared to the latest spinning machines, its speed is only about one-third as fast, allowing spinning only at a slow pace, resulting in lower productivity.
However, the reduced load produces the cotton's inherent gentle texture and its unique natural character.
