1940年代のアメリカ。
この頃のジーンズやデニムジャケットは第二次世界大戦に使用する物資に力を入れる為、徹底的に制限され各部を簡素化するしかありませんでした。
それに加え、ベテランの縫製職人達は軍服の製造を中心に製造しジーンズをはじめとしたワークウェアの製造はまだ技術の乏しい縫製員が行っていました。
こういった時代背景を元に不格好な縫製や簡素化されたディテールを再現し石川台で紡績したオリジナルの生地を製作。
ベージュカラーのトッピングを施し当時の荒々しさのあるデニム地とくすんで酸化したようなインディゴブルーの雰囲気を表現しています。

Jeans and denim jackets during this period were strictly rationed and simplified in every aspect to prioritize resources for World War II supplies.
Furthermore, veteran sewing craftsmen focused primarily on manufacturing military uniforms, leaving the production of jeans and other workwear to less skilled seamstresses.
Drawing from this historical context, we recreated the rough stitching and simplified details using original fabric spun in Ishikawadai.
A beige topping is applied to express the rugged denim of the era and the muted, oxidized indigo blue aesthetic.
