当時のように1点1点個体差のある乱れた縫製です。

鉄銅メッキ凹み無地リベット・鉄ドーム型リベット＆UFO型隠しリベット
オールバナナイエロー綿糸・レザーパッチはイタリア製ミネルバリスシオで経年変化抜群の高級革です。
生地は30年代後期〜40年代前期のセルビッチデニムで当時もあったレアな白耳。
ビンテージミシンで縫製、全て綿糸にて職人さんがおひとりで裁断〜オールフィニッシュしています。

S911XX 1940's model “Distorted” WWII Model Denim Pants Check Print Flannel Sleek
MADE IN JAPAN
Based on jeans produced in the midst of World War II.
Features irregular stitching with individual variations, just like the originals.
Deadstock printed flannel Sleek are used. (Pattern is shown in image 2)
Iron laurel buttons (two-pronged with impact marks) & donut buttons, rayon red tab on one side.
Iron copper plated concave plain rivets, iron dome rivets & UFO-shaped hidden rivets.
All banana yellow cotton thread, leather patch is made in Italy from Minerva Liscio, a high-quality leather with outstanding aging characteristics.
The fabric is selvedge denim from the late 1930s to early 1940s, with rare white selvedge that was also available at the time.
Sewn on vintage sewing machines, entirely with cotton thread. One artisan handles everything from cutting to all finishing.
