フラットヘッド 12oz デニム ショップコート
MADE IN JAPAN
1950年代のビンテージのショップコートがベース。
旧式シャトル織機で生地表面に現れる独特なムラ感で仕上げたオリジナルの12ozデニムです。
センターベントや前立て裏には旧式シャトル機で織り上げた証ともいえる生地のミミ（端の部分）を使用。
肩回りなどの主要部分の縫製は2本針のチェーンステッチによる巻き縫い縫製。
スラッシュポケットは着たままインナーのポケットから収納物を出し入れできる構造でヴィンテージにも見られるディテールです。
着用とともに変化していくデニムのと鉄製のオリジナルボタンの陰影ある表情の経年変化をお楽しみください。

Flat Head 12oz Denim Shop Coat

Based on a vintage 1950s shop coat.
Features original 12oz denim finished with a unique mottled texture appearing on the fabric surface, achieved by weaving on vintage shuttle looms.
The center vent and the lining of the front placket utilize the fabric selvedge (edge portion), a hallmark of weaving on vintage shuttle looms.
Key areas like the shoulders are constructed with a double-needle chain stitch for reinforced stitching.
The slash pockets allow access to inner pockets while wearing the coat, a detail also seen on vintage pieces.
Enjoy the evolving look of the denim and the aged patina of the original iron buttons as you wear it.
