戦争下の大変な時に生まれたいわゆる大戦デニムのスーパーイレギュラーをビンテージミシンを使い再現＋裏地付き。
ブランケット付きですので縫製部分が厚く巻き縫いが外れる場合がありますがそんな個所も当時っぽいです。
ある程度の不良品は市場に出ましたが検品時に”弾かれて倉庫入り”な超不規則な縫製です。
部材はオール鉄製で、全ての部材はオリジナル製作されたパーツで構成しています。
月桂樹ボタン＆ツープロング（ボタン裏）は薄メッキ・錆・銅メッキが混在し、打ち方も本来の丸さをキープ
また、リベットの打つ場所がズレていたり...表側の鉄製銅メッキのワッシャーは刻印なし・鉄製銅メッキリベット裏は刻印入り
当時同様に着丈が短めです。
袖の縫製は基本は2枚袖ですが1枚袖も入る場合があります。
衿と袖口も生地取りが逆だったり腰帯の下糸に黒糸を使う場合もあり
ユリバックルは地金に薄メッキor錆、赤タブは2枚付いてたらラッキー、取り付け位置も一定ではありません。
とにかく洗って着て部材とデニムがなじみデニムの経年変化と部材の錆などを楽しめるように製作しています。

S006XX 1940's model “HAZUMI” War-Era Model Wool-Lined Denim Jacket
MADE IN JAPAN
A super-irregular piece of so-called WWII denim born during wartime hardship, recreated using vintage sewing machines + lined.
Since it comes with a blanket, the sewn parts are thick, and the stitching may come undone, but such spots also give it a vintage feel.
Some defective items made it to market, but this features extremely irregular stitching that was “rejected during inspection and sent to storage.”
All hardware is iron, composed entirely of original-manufactured parts.
Laurel buttons & two-prong (button backs) feature mixed finishes: thin plating, rust, and copper plating, while retaining their original rounded shape.
Additionally, rivet placement may be misaligned... Front iron copper-plated washers are unmarked; iron copper-plated rivet backs are marked.
Like the original, the overall length is shorter.
Sleeve construction is primarily double-layered, though single-layer sleeves may occasionally be used.
Collar and cuff fabric orientation may be reversed, and black thread may be used for the lower waistband stitching.
Yuri buckles feature thin plating or rust on the base metal; finding two red tabs is a bonus, and their attachment positions vary.
We craft these so you can wash and wear them, allowing the components and denim to age together, enjoying the denim's patina and the rust of the hardware.
